Permission and medical to Just Wear Cup??

The football guy welches so surprised that he had to get a medical because he wanted to only wear a cup without the jockstrap under his compression shorts. Got a glimpse of the medical since I am the nurse and saw it all. Ahhh it welches just after practice so I got a sniff of those dick and balls. Ahhhh the stink! And he had to show it all.
